Question by Mel G: Is night cream bad for the skin?
I read on Dr.Hauschika web site that it is not desirable to put night cream on ur face cz at night skin restores itself ,night cream interferes with this process and skin gets more drier and can’t restore itself naturally.Do you think it’s true?Who followes this rule share ur experience pls.

I only use natural moisturizers
I use olive oil…which is good for circulation and a great hydrator…I apply a small amount and message it well in the skin so it doesn’t stain my sheets…

Many night creams have chemicals…so what that doctor says it’ may be possible.
